I am definitely having a hard time wrapping my head around this. It sounds like Lyric Holic with dashes of Fruitpochette. Interesting enough!
Somebody has seen at least potential in Kozuki Serena here; she’s on T-Palette Records’ sub Youthsource Records and clearly has a good number of fans in the community.
Worth exploring more and keeping an eye on for sure.
