It is time! You’ve spent twelve months watching, streaming, celebrating and grieving all that the world of alternative and underground idol could thrown at you. You’ve told us what you felt were the most significant and compelling moments of the last year. We (meaning, “primarily Kerrie”; except for writing this intro, Kerrie did almost all the work pulling this together), have compiled your thoughts and, by community consensus, arrived at our OFFICIAL nominees for Homicidols Best of 2021.
If one of your favorites failed to snag a nomination and you wish to (diplomatically) tell the community how poor it’s taste and judgment is, feel free to drop by the Homicidols Discord server.
I could go on about the flurry of activity we saw in 2021 after the off-year of 2020 and how some of the categories were surprisingly deep (ecstatically so in terms of Debuts, but tragically so in the case of Disbandments), but you already know all that so let’s just hurry to the nominees and the voting part.
