I’m here for NEO JAPONISM’s appearance this weekend at the OC Japan Fair. The Homicidols Interview with Isiliel: Part 2

We had the opportunity to sit down with Himari Tsukishiro for an in-depth interview a couple of months ago about her current solo project, Isiliel. We had such a good, long talk that there was too much material for a single video. We published Part One of our conversation back in August, and are now ready to bring your Part Two.

In our continuing conversation, Himari talks about her process and inspiration for composing Isiliel’s lyrics, her work as a stage actress in The Makai, and her experience working with legendary producer Fredrik Nordström. She also answers more questions from her fans here on Homicidols who wanted to know about everything, from her greatest inspirations to her favorite brand of lipstick.

NEO JAPONISM Brings the Fight to US Shores

NEO JAPONISM hits American shores later this week to kick off TOUSHINRANBU, their very first US tour. It is an ambitious first venture to the States, with eleven shows in cities up-and-down both coasts including a stop at the iconic Viper Room and a tour final in Las Vegas.

If you are planning to attend the WACK in the UK showcase next moth, I hope you were dialed in to Twitter on Thursday as tickets suddenly went on sale out of nowhere. I was lucky enough to glance at my phone during a ten minute break between meetings and managed to snag a VIP.  Within a few hours, anyone seeking a VIP ticket was placed on a waiting list, so more may become available.
