Oyasumi Hologram’s Conquest of America Blazes On

Chika queens Oyasumi Hologram just wrapped up the first leg of their first North American tour (crowdfunded, no less!) after a handful of shows in and around San Francisco, with chiptuner TORIENA in tow and various local friends on hand to support. It was, as you might expect, quite the scene, and not without the kinds of hiccups that come with international travel and performing, but all’s well that ends well, and the trend in this case is hurtling toward a big ol’ finale.

I’m sympathetic to the customs agents involved; Oyasumi Hologram are some kind of emotional manipulation weapon come to life, and you can’t be too careful

For her part, TORIENA did what TORIENA do, which is be the world’s most helpful chiptune artist:

Her portion of the tour is complete, and she’s heading home. But! Joining OYSM from here through next Sunday is none other than Chika Champion of U.S. Tour Appearances NECRONOMIDOL, as well as a irregular cast of accompanying performers for shows around New York and Philadelphia.
