As one will, there I was, just minding my own business the other day when friend to us all Pure Idol Heart got into another round of going deep down the indie idol rabbit hole, which of course means plumbing the depths for excellent Indie Idol Wednesday material.

I have to say, Sugar and Solt is a prime candidate:

That’s Sugar & Solt (Twitter). That’s their third single — they aren’t new at all! No, they’re part of that Osaka scene that I find hopelessly fascinating.

This one’s like if THE SPUNKY’s composer (but not Jim!) got really high and wanted to play around with synthesizers and chiptune instead.
