I Admit It: I Like This Meltia Song

I was originally just going to share this with you all as a friend-of-a-friend favor via Pure Idol heart. And then I listened to it a few times. And I liked it! Like, way more than I expected to!

I agreed with Digital Ghost’s comment: “this sort of mystic, victorian, techno-pop (almost an under-produced Triangle-era Perfume vibe?).” Yes. That’s what Meltia (Twitter) sounds like.

Anyway, I thought some of you jamokes might like it, too, given our eclectic tastes.

  1. I like it, too. They released some live videos a while ago and that one was my favorite. I’m glad they are now pushing their activities a bit more. I think their sound is really unique.

  2. Yes yes 1000x yes. I was super surprised hearing the song! It’s been getting stuck in my head about everyday.

  3. It’s a great song. I love how much idols have been experimenting with new sounds. It’s like Castlevania techno-pop.
