We Interview Idols: Niji Universe Inc., POLARIS★ and MIKO-DOLL®

It was just a normal week when Nippon Ơi!, a Cosplay – Anime convention in Da Nang, Viet Nam, announced the lineup of idol units who would appear in the event.

They started with a surprise: four ex-members of SGO48 (AKB48‘s sister group in Viet Nam) would appear as LuvLike (@LuvLikeOfficial) and have their first official stage together.

Next were two veteran groups in the scene: our North Star idols, POLARIS★ (@Polaris_idolVN); and the colorful rainbow from the South, Niji Universe Inc. (@Nijiuniverseinc). Continue reading →

We Interview Idols: POLARIS★

Last time, we welcomed the lovely rookie group END OF IDOL and heard them share about their idol activities as well as the image they’re aiming for. On this episode of “Vietnamese Idol Society” (a random name I just came up with), please let Homicidols introduce you to a veteran group in the scene, POLARIS★ (@Polaris_idolVN), who has a completely different charm.

We can actually say that POLARIS★ is an old friend of Homicidols as they have already appeared on the site in this quite detailed article back in 2020 . The only thing I can add is, as a Vietnamese myself, I just love how they portray our country in their work.

We Interview Idols: END OF IDOL

From the start of this small project dedicated to Vietnamese idols, I have had the idea to contact and interview them in mind. However, as a person who has a lot of worries, I just opened my email and then closed it multiple times. Perhaps, on that day, the heat in Vietnam ignited the passion flame in me (or it just burned all my worries and anxiety into ash), but somehow I had enough courage to compose an interview request and hit the “send message” button. 

And now we are here, with Shynii Quỳnh, Kim Anh and Rin from END OF IDOL, who have agreed to share a bit of their idol experience with us.
